Recently refurbished and relaxing place, I truly enjoyed attentive personnel.

The hotel was located really close to the center of new fez and the train station, Ville Nouvelle and even the Jewish Quarter. The garden served a great selection of meals for breakfast. Got the same a double room booked online with good bed as well as balcony. It was in a central setting to a taxi rank.

Small hotel in a calm area very close to a taxi rank, and the train station, huge mosque within 5 minutes, plenty of eateries and takeaways, nice spacious rooms and toiletries. A great selection of options for breakfast in the garden. Central location, within easy walking distance of Carrefour.

Wi-Fi was bad.

We stayed at Hotel Royal Urban Concept for one night to be close to the train station. The large, clean room and bathroom were perfect for our group of three. The functional and stylish design of the recently refurbished hotel was a refreshing change from other riads. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by restaurants and easy bus routes. The friendly staff, good breakfast, and amenities like strong WiFi and air conditioning made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location was perfect, not too far away from Vip Night Disco Club. We had central heating, an iron and a television with satellite channels in the triple room.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were modern and nice styled with a terrace, everything was perfect. The selection of good fresh bread, pastries and jam was a bonus. The location was good, relatively close to Medina of Fez.

The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, especially Isham and Marmos. The room was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated for our special occasion. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by GREAT restaurants. The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including Netflix on the flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even lending us a phone to order food. our stay was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more.

Hotel as a whole is newly renovated and relaxing, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great location for visiting eateries and restaurants. Walking distance to a market and a mall across the street.

The room was big with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a dining area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows. The location of the hotel was marvellous - not too far from Nouvelle Ville.
